Nach einem Rückblick auf die Ausstattung, die erreichten Ergebnisse im Overclockingtest und den erzielten Werten in den Benchmarks kommt man zu dem Schluss, dass das ASUS Sabertooth X58 eine grundsolide Performance bieten kann. Sofern kein PCI Port benötigt wird, gibt es kein gravierendes Argument gegen das Sabertooth X58. Overclocker dürften spezielle Features wie z.B. eine Post Code Anzeige etc. vermissen, jedoch zielt das Sabertooth X58 nicht auf diese explizit ab. Dazu hat ASUS weitere Platinen auf dem Markt positioniert. Beachtlich ist auch der für eine X58 Socket 1366 Platine recht „günstige“ Preis. Dieser liegt zur Zeit bei rund 165€ und kommt damit dem preisbewussten Käufer sicher entgegen."
